01

From a system to an agent tool

MCP describes available tools and their inputs to an agent. The server connects those calls to the underlying system. A use case might involve finding product data or performing a restricted internal operation.

02

Start with one use case

We establish what the agent needs to do, where the data lives and which identity it uses. Read and write operations are considered separately, with appropriate approvals designed for changes.

03

Permissions tested end to end

A tool description does not enforce authorization. We design an access model and test restrictions at both the server and target system. Tests also cover invalid inputs and forbidden operations.

04

What the delivery includes

The proposal defines tools, supported agent clients, environments, documentation and acceptance tests. Maintenance and later changes are agreed separately. A readiness audit can help establish scope when the starting point is unclear.
